Fred Martin, head of the fund management team, Martin is a US citizen, active since 1989 in M&A in Eastern Europe. Martin has led Bancroft's activities in deal sourcing, structuring and negotiating, monitoring, and exiting investments. He has a doctorate in history from Harvard University, where he also completed his MA and BA degrees.

Alain Patry, Senior Advisor, is a member of the fund administration team. Patry has been the CFO of Bancroft for 10 years since 1998. Before joining Bancroft, he was CFO for subsidiaries of international companies in France and CEO of a number of local entities. Patry is a graduate of the French Business School H.E.C. and started his career with Arthur Andersen as audit manager.

Stuart Wilson, Financial Controller, joined Bancroft in 2009. Prior to joining Bancroft, Wilson worked in a number of fund services positions and was responsible for the accounting and administration of several companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.
